Who we are
All Aspects Driveways is a driveway and landscaping business serving Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and the wider West Yorkshire area. We are the "controller" of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.
All Aspects Driveways is a trading name of ALL Aspects Driveways Ltd.

We don't ask for sensitive information, and this website doesn't take online payments.
How and why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
To carry out work and handle invoices and payments. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and meeting our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
To keep this website secure and working properly. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our business.
To ask for feedback or a review after a job. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in improving our service. You can tell us not to contact you at any time.
We won't add you to a marketing list, or share your details with anyone for marketing, without your permission. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information with our website provider, AdBeYo WebDesign, who host and look after this website and receive a copy of messages sent through our contact forms; with our email provider, which receives and stores the enquiries sent to us; with suppliers and subcontractors, only where needed to carry out your job; and with our accountant or other professional advisers, and HMRC or other authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we expect them to protect it to UK standards.
Cookies and third-party content
We don't use advertising cookies on this website, and we don't currently use analytics cookies.
Some content on our pages is loaded from other companies, for example fonts and icons from Google Fonts and content delivery networks, and the Google Map on our Service Areas page. When your browser loads this content, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. We don't control this, so please see the providers' own privacy and cookie policies. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. We then keep the invoicing and accounting records the law requires, which is typically around six years. When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymise it.
Photos and reviews
We may show photos of completed work and customer reviews on this website and on social media. We will only use photos that identify your property, or a review under your name, with your agreement, or where the review is already public, such as on Google.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using a secure (HTTPS) connection on this website and limiting who can see enquiries. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please don't include sensitive details in your messages.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to get a copy of it; to ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete; to ask us to delete it; to ask us to restrict how we use it; to object to us using it where we rely on our legitimate interests; and, where it applies, to ask for it in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We'll normally reply within one month. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we've handled your information: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113. We'd always appreciate the chance to put things right first.
